To Help Parishes Elevate the Liturgy

Source & Summit exists to help parishes elevate the liturgy to its rightful place upon the mountaintop of the Church’s life, where it can serve as the invigorating source and ultimate goal of the new evangelization.

We publish beautiful, faithful liturgical resources and sacred music that gives glory to God and sanctifies the faithful, along with innovative, easy-to-use digital tools that help make authentic liturgical and musical renewal a practical reality on the parish level.

Looking Ahead

A Vision For Renewal

A Vision For Renewal

We believe in the vision cast by the Second Vatican Council that, for Catholic parishes everywhere, the liturgy is meant to serve as the invigorating source and the mountain summit of everything we do. When we choose to elevate the liturgy to the mountaintop of parish life, where it is intentionally set apart and marked with beauty, fidelity, and reverence, it can also become the invigorating source that forms missionary disciples and pours them out, down the mountainside and into the world to illuminate it with the Light of Christ.

Our vision is a Church fully alive—a life that comes first from the vision of God in the sacred liturgy. Elevating the liturgy to the mountain summit enables all things in the Church's life to work together, without any need for artificial conflict or competition between them. The Church's sacrament of unity is also the font for a new evangelization in the apostolic times in which we live.

Our times are crying out for a new renaissance—a new blossoming of timeless truth, beauty, and goodness. The Church has already articulated the vision and given us the plan. It is time for us to take up the torch and to carry it forward for the next generation. The cultivation of culture begins with cult—with right worship. Our vision is for the rule of prayer (lex orandi), to form the rule of belief (lex credendi), which forms the rule of life (lex vivendi) and leads to the rule of mission (lex mittendi). We believe that an authentic renewal of faith and culture is possible, and is already underway—and it all begins with the way we worship.
